I visited the Belgravia London Grace store on Sunday for some pamper and I had a gel mani. The whole experience was so relaxing- it was just what I needed. The store was beautiful inside, the staff professional and prompt. I’m really happy with my manicure- I went for the Hollywood gel which is a deep red, it’s perfect. Would highly recommend!

I booked for just a change of varnish. My varnish was actually still great but I wanted a fresh one as I’m travelling tonight and have a meeting tomorrow so wanted to have a perfect fresh colour. I booked at 2 pm today Friday 11th September for just a change of nail varnish as I was in a rush !! I left the salon at 2:47 with a horrible very on even and a very very Thick varnish. It was guaranteed that it will smudge and rush as it was so thick. I am so unhappy. I usually do a full manicure in 40 minutes. Change of varnish should take maximum 10 minutes with 15-20 minutes time to dry. I’m so upset and very disappointed that I have to turn up to my meeting with these nails 😔 it was a waste of time and money!! I want to say thank you to Ellie as she invited me back and looked after me. A great manager. Thank you Ellie

I dropped into the Victoria shop last night for the first time. I just happened to be walking by and they had a cancellation. The salon is very pleasant to sit in, clean, relaxing atmosphere and the woman who did my nails was really sweet and professional. However I was slightly taken aback that, when paying, I was asked on the card payment machine whether I wished to add a tip.At my local salon, where I go very regularly, I occasionally tip but it is not expected or asked for. It is also half the price of a shape and polish in London Grace! The coffee was not complimentary- so there were no extras other than the nice environment I was sitting in.....I declined the offer to tip, which felt a bit awkward, and as I was leaving the salon, I noticed the woman, who took my payment, give a pointed look to my nail technician. This look felt disapproving as if I was a rubbish customer for not tipping. It felt very embarrassing. If the women who are working in London Grace are that reliant on tips they're not getting paid enough. It's wrong to make customers feel rubbish for not wishing to tip for a really expensive service. I would suggest you scrap the card machine request and let customers tip if, and when, they feel they want to.

I’m visiting from Russia and went in just to have a colour put on as I’m going for dinner. I meet this lovely lady named Ana who did my treatment was a very nice paint job. In general the customer service was fantastic and the lady on bar was friendly and smiley. Definitely visit for a good quality service.
