Love this place ! Absolutely spot on superb clean. Price very good considering the area where is salon located. Staff very polite and friendly. Quick , efficient and nails are just beautiful!! Definitely best salon I visited in London so far. Really don’t understand the poor score as it’s nonsense, would recommend 100% 😍

First time in this saloon, the staff was friendly and im very happy with my nails. I would like it even more if they could have some music playing in the background. :)

The lady that did my acrylics seemed to be in a race and rushed on doing my nails in a way i didn’t wanted. She was doing the same drawing on all the nails when they were supposed to look different and kept telling me it looked nice because she wanted to finish quick to leave home. She didn’t put any effort at all. Then she changed the final price and tried to charge me more and making up excuses when there was a board with all the prices. Nail art is poor and with no experience at all. Some nails are longer than the others and aren’t equal. She took my phone and put it on her drawer and then played dumb when I was asking where was my phone. I was being insistent because i knew she was trying to steal it and she was using it to see a picture of the nail art i wanted. She then started laughing and said she thought it was her phone when she had her phone next to her and answered a call when she was doing my nails. No happy at all with the result or the experience and treatment.

I can’t understand why this lovely little place has such a low rating at present? Popped in today for a short notice appointment after work for the first time to try and get my acrylics fixed from the last person who did them. Discovered that the old acrylics had left my nail beds too unhealthy for another and they talked me through my options to make sure I still ended up with a great set of nails. Only thing I’d say that is helpful to know before you go is that they’re cash only but there’s a cash point just around the corner so that’s no biggie.
