Terrible service! I booked a pedicure session on ClassPass with my partner. We showed up on time, but the shop was closed because they were stuck in traffic; we called the shop and no one answered. Later they called us back and claimed that they were only a few minutes late, and it was our fault not having waited a bit longer. They showed terrible attitude and no intention to apologize for being late themselves. Later we were charged a no-show fee from ClassPass as they marked us as did not attend.

Had my eyebrows henna dyed done here yesterday. The staff were very lovely and the treatment looks great. The salon is very relaxing. Highly recommend them.

I live locally and have walked past a number of times. Visited for the first time today. Friendly, talented team. Easy to see why they have excellent reviews

The staff were lovely, and shaped my nails beautifully and cleaned up the cuticles very well. However, I had an SNS manicure and it lasted 8 days before it started to break apart. I felt the staff weren't all trained for this and seemed very unsure about what varnishes to use, and the nails were incredibly 'thick' with countless layers applied. Evidently, the manicure didn't last even as long as a shellac would have, and it was very expensive to last as long as it did. The nail bed on 2 of my nails is also badly damaged, I imagine caused by overuse of the buffing machine. Overall, I would recommend this salon for a shellac or gel polish, but not SNS.
