I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR 3 REASONS: 1 - SHE'S EXPENSIVE: I was charged $35 for shellac ON MY OWN NAILS! 2- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: she's not welcoming, very uncomfortable 3 - CAN'T BRING A FRIEND WITH YOU: it looks like she works there alone, can only book one person at a time, i was unable to bring a friend with me at the same time. Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else

Rude to me when I couldn't decide what I wanted initially because I don't get my nails done besides doing regular shellac .. and scolded me for not keeping my hand more relaxed. It just made me feel really horrible and stupid for trying out something new with the designs At the end they were only nice to me because I tipped. Grow up or get out of the nail business.. Get out of the customer service business if you are so annoyed with customers.

Excellent quality. Clean environment, best manicure without damaging the nails. By appointment is better.

Very bad customer service, my nails were very thin after she finished. The next day they broke and I had to go somewhere else to pay again and fix them. Extremely rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Customers should not feel uncomfortable as she makes you feel. When I asked her to do a particular style she said I do not understand and did the opposite of what I wanted. Never will come back. I was so unhappy with the results. I will rather color them myself next time.

Very bad service , and the website says one thing price and when you go in the lady that does your nails say more in price!! What kind of business is that ! Not right your ripping people that way. I will never so back and I want my money back because not even a week and the nails are all coming off !!
