I went here to get my nails done for $30. The man who did my nails cut into my skin many times and ignored me when I said I was in pain. When I stated I was unhappy with the service they said no to a redo or even fully painting my nails with a solid colour on top. They were kinder to the other customers (they listened to them and addressed their concerns) but kept ignoring me when I tried to address my issues. Im pretty sure they did this because I am a brown skinned woman (the only brown skin person in the store). They kept speaking to each other and didn't acknowledge me until I I ask 5-6 times (each time I wanted their attention) for they to notice me. They blamed me for the nails turning out bad so, when I asked to speak to the owner of the store they kept ignoring pretending like I was not speaking. Learn from my experience and do not go here!

Got nail extensions (really weak extensions; fixed 3 nails during this one visit because they just broke while they were filing to shape), uv gel, 2 colours, 6 stones and 2 tiny stones. Paid $140 plus tip. Extensions+Uv gel $50, 6 big stones and 2 tiny stones (I think the stones should've been at most $64 altogether). All inclusive price (not including tip) should've costed $112-$125 in my opinion (I’ve been getting my nails done for 5 yrs). It’s definitely not worth it and won’t be coming here again. Cici Nails and TangTang Nails at Pmall gives better service and prices are also more reasonable for what you get. Edit: as expected, nail broke within 6 hrs of getting it done. Avoid here if you can, really. Legit rip off because the quality of the products they use (from nail filer to nail polish to nail extensions) is extremely low quality.

they got glue all over my hand my fingers were glued to together and they cut my skin multiple times with the nail filler and drill and they would get more glue on the cuts also the nails looked HORRIBLE lumpy, crooked, i didn’t even get the same color or shape that i asked for and it took three hours of just straight burning my skin and nails with everything that they did. i got my nails don’t two days ago and they still burn so much and i paid 70 dollars for nails that look so horrible

Three people ended up serving me because all of them went to a washroom break. Not having a courtesy to say “Excuse me” or anything. Oh just the guy was polite to say “Excuse me”. The lady boss was serving me like a fast food restaurant. As soon as possible, as fast as possible. Also originally the guy was serving and all of the sudden they changed to other person because he started serving a “more business “ pedicure clients after I waited for him to come back from washroom. Anyways, not coming back at all. Thanks.
