i come here once a month for gel nails with extensions. i typically have reference photos saved and i have always had perfect nails when i leave. they are very talented with designs here. i travel from north york to markham for this salon. ♡ also i am a dog groomer so i am pretty hard on my hands and nails but these nails are so strong and never break. this is the best nail salon i have ever been to.

I liked my nails. However, there is a reason for the two stars. They were very thorough .. I went here two times. The first time I was here, the technician cut me. The second I went here with a friend, my friend got cut. 2/2 being cut and bleeding isn't great. I won't be coming back.

Gel service is good, but cuticle work is super rushed and rough, even painful at times. The work done is decent but the service was terrible, the ladies just want to get you in and out asap and don't care for their customers at all. I wouldn't complain if there wasn't much service or effort to be particularly nice, but it was bad service, they rush you and act as if they don't want you there. They also give you arbitrary nail art prices, if you speak english they quote you much higher than if you speak chinese, they literally analyze their customers when quoting you for nail art. The salon also has very limited colours. If not for the poor attitude and limited colours, I would've been happy to be back for decent gel work.

ive only had pleasant experiences here! highly recommended though parking is a bit of a headache. edit dec 2021: they made time for me last minute which was really appreciated. however, the technician made me bleed as she was handling my cuticles on one finger. two of my nails look streaky under light. a bit disappointed and will likely not come back.

l sperately needed a refill The salon itself is beautiful, fancy and clean. I felt bad for the woman that did my nails because I am soo picky but she was so sweet and patient with me and turned out to do a fantastic job. I was pleasantly surprised. It's too bad I live in the East end or else this would be my new regular spot.
