I’ve had my fair share of trying nail salons in Richmond hill and was disappointed with every one of them. I’ve been coming to Fresh Bonsai Nails for a few years now and I have never ever left disappointed. I usually get a UV gel overlay with Ann and she is my favourite! The quality is top notch, my nails last for almost a month and they’re perfect EVERYTIME- no exaggeration. The staff is always friendly and Julie, the manager, is the sweetest. I even bring my daughters here to get their nails done and they’re all so sweet to my kids. If you’re looking for the best nail salon in Richmond Hill, it’s right here!

I wish I could give a zero! This is by far the worst experience I've had! the girl who did my shellac manicure and pedicure, DOES NOT know how to do the job and she should not be allowed near it! She has very bad attitude, did not file my nails properly, sanded so much off of the layers that I can see my nail underneath and Unfortunately, after three or four days, it was as if I had shellac my fingernails a month ago. She could not even make a good nail design. The lady’s and manager attitude was what threw me off, just I had a very bad experience, even though it was my first time going to this salon!! charged $65.

Worst nail salon ever! Unprofessional technicians. The technician was going to put shellac on a broken nail, saying she didn't see it was broken! Giving she did my manicure! Asked for square shape, ended up with round! So disappointed! Will never go back!
