After 20 years won’t be back

Have been a long time customer. Even after Penny sold it I cont to go there. Even after I moved 2.5 hours away I cont to go. They over charged me and said they would remember the credit. They remembered the credit but would never give me back the money. So after the 3rd visit of not giving me my credit we decided we won’t be going back. They lost 3 loyal customers over $15.00. Man they must really need it.

I went to Bridlewood Nail Spa last Wednesday evening to get a manicure and had a great experience! The staff were friendly and polite and the store was clean. They followed COVID-19 protocols closely and ensured everything was sanitized. They were able to do my manicure quickly while doing a great job. Very very satisfied with my experience and I will for sure be back.

I have been here twice and the eyebrows waxing is always good. I got the full set acrylic for my birthday and I’m still confused if the nail technician did her best. Polish was on my skin (cuticles), I did ask to cut the cuticles/dead skin and she said she would do it later, but it wasn’t done properly. Once the polish dried, I found out it was a bit bumpy, also the paint wasn’t as good since some spot is not painted. it was my birthday and I was tired, didn’t look into it as much. But I think, I could have had better

Probably the worst experience, over priced and zero knowledge. Tried two techs me and my friend, showed pictures and it turned out horribly. Nails snapped off a day in. Wouldn’t go again, don’t waste your money, go elsewhere.

I was here on Tuesday and asked for my bio gel nails to be removed since they were already very long. I also asked for french tips shellac manicure because I know that my nails would be really thin after the removal of the gel. Up to this point I had no problems. The lady at the front told me that I would pay $50 for the removal plus shellac including manicure (cleaning of the cuticles) and the french tips, and I said it's fine. But the lady that did my nails did not even remove the cuticles. And the french tips she did were crooked. There were also a bit of the gel from the previous nail that was left. My nails were also damaged from too much filing. I had to cut my nail on the right thumb because it was gonna tear and also it hurt because it was bending backwards. At first I thought it looked really good and tipped the lady. But when I got home and looked at my nails, it was really bad and damaged(it was very thin). Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the service. *sigh*
