Great location, very clean and comfortable. Jenny is amazing! My wax experience was almost pain free. I have very sensitive skin and have had flare ups following service at other salons such as the ten spot but I had no skin irritation at all following her service! One of the best pedicures I've had as well, thanks Jenny!

When I went to get a brazilian wax, the spa was busy and the lady was rushing me. She was extremely rough and not careful, trearing my skin. I didn't let her finish as it was too painful. She demanded that I pay her full price anyways, since "I can't take the pain." She also told me I can take a shower right after waxing, which is the worst thing you could possibly do. I've also gotten a manicure here, and came to remove the fake nails properly. The lady removed them by literally sticking a sharp stick thing under my nail. I got really upset because it hurt, and then she ripped off my entire natural nail underneath, The whole point was too preserve my natural nails and let them grow underneath. Overall, this place is terrible. Highly do not recommend, very poor service and quality.
