My sister and I received excellent service and quality here yesterday getting our nails done. They offer a range of services and their staff were friendly and kind too. Would definitely recommend a visit as the standard of the designs was great too.

Hi there, I just went to this location for a shellac nail polish. I was tired at looking at my ugly hands and nails and my own nail polish doesn't last more then 2 days - I had enough. I read the reviews and was a tad apprehensive but for 15.00 I honestly thought I wanted to give them a try. I thought Lynn was great! She was friendly, super fast and very precise. I would go back again to this location- they did everything that other high end locations do- base- 2 colour tops and shiny topcoat. I didn't have to pay for the 'overhead' inflated chairs and cafe lattes..... I just wanted a clean neat shellac and I got what I wanted for 1/3 the price of what they charge in Oakville. Thank you Lynn!

I went just before thanksgiving but wasn’t able to see Sophia (who I try to book with usually), I saw another lady and she did a terrible job. She rushed and it showed. She was even not great at picking out a colour. I wanted a burnt orange/reddish colour, she gave me pumpkin orange and said they didn’t have what I wanted. My thumb chipped within a couple days but I was going away and didn’t have time to go back. Before two weeks was up I had two nails with cracks in the bio gel and chips on at least two nails. Usually it can make it last 3-4 weeks without any of that. I had to go back last weekend and as I was going through to pick a colour to change the awful chipped orange, I saw the burnt orange/red colour I originally wanted and was told they didn’t have…(first image) That being said, Sophia does an amazing job. She’s who I usually book with and wish I had 3 weeks ago, instead of the other lady. Sophia always does an amazing job on my nails because she is thorough and precise. She takes her time and doesn’t rush to get the next person in her chair. Lesson learned to just always book with Sophia 👍🏽 (Second image, Sophia’s work)

I came in today for a full set of bio gel nails and the girl katie did my nails she was so roughy on my nails that she gave me 2 cuts using an old nail filer from a box and when I got hurt she didn’t sanitize it at all and then she put it back in the box this is so unsanitary not only because of COVID but with all the diseases out there this was definitely the worst experience one would have
