I've never written a review for anything before but after the TERRIBLE experience I had at this place I felt I must warn others too. I was suggested this place by a friend so I decided to give it a try... TOTALLY REGRET IT!!! Firstly, nothing was sanitized prior to my pedicure nor was anything was sanitized after. Other nail salons I've been to pride themselves in maintaining cleanliness especially considering the times we are in right now but this place clearly does not. Secondly, the girl who did my pedicure dug into my cuticles so deep that they began to bleed. In addition, when shaping my nails she did not ask if I wanted them round or square. She proceeded to shape them square and when I POLITELY asked her to change the shape to round she huffed about it and then aggressively began to file my nails. The kicker of it all is that when my pedicure was all set and done (in under 20 mins I might add - most rushed pedicure I've ever had!), I got home and noticed that all the nail polish had wiped off and when I took a closer look at the paint job it looked like something done by a 6-year old. When I called requesting for a refund, I was told no refunds even though there is no sign amongst the millions of other signs they have posted that says that and then the person on the phone proceeded to hang up on me. Most unprofessional nail salon ever. If it wasn't already obvious, I will not be returning.
