I liked how quick and easy it was making an appointment here. They communicate promptly using the Google maps messaging feature and it made the whole process really easy because I had a lot of questions that were addressed quickly. In terms of the actual experience, the salon is dated and didn't match the price of the services. The manicure itself used poor quality polishes. In less than a few days, the shellac polish began chipping and in less than a week, an entire nail peeled off. I would expect higher quality especially if I am paying over $50 for a manicure. I did appreciate the time and attention during the manicure. She made sure to pop any bubbles and give me smooth nails. I did end up having a lot of frayed cuticles after a couple of days which is really unfortunate. I did really like the selection of colors they had, a lot of them are hard to find at other salons. I also had a design done but it looked nothing like the inspo picture. I wish I was told that it was something out of their abilities and skill set. The massage chairs were old and noisy but the overall pedicure was done well.

Highly recommend! I have been coming to Book Beautician for hard gel extensions with Russian manicure and gel polish application for 3 months now. At Book Beautician your appointment is never rushed, and nail artists are very attentive to the smallest details. My nail tech Jenna has done an outstanding job every time: I leave with perfectly shaped nails, healthy clean cuticles and flawlessly applied colour. The service is performed so gently and painlessly, I could fall asleep, if only Jenna didn't make me move my hands in and out of the LED lamp ;)

I love Book Beautician! Easy to get an appointment - use the online tool, get a confirmation by email. Nice, talented professionals who do a great job every time. In particular, Caroline is creative, collaborative (she will make suggestions, if you want, on how to make designs or finishes look even better) and she is a true artist! So glad I found them!

I don't usually leave reviews but I've had such a consistently great experience with Book Beautician I felt I should. My manicures have never lasted longer and my nails have never been in such great condition. Fast to reply, friendly, quick and professional.
