Their sign says 35$ for gel overlay and 45$ for gel extensions. I asked the girl inside how much for gel removal and she said 5$. She told me if I wanted biogel I could wait for boss but another guy said he could do it. He started filing and he hurt me. The drill got really hot or he filed too low. This was happening while the girl called the boss and she suddenly changed the price to 60$. I was asking why it's different than the sign and she said it was because I was getting fake nails. I was arguing that the sign said gel extensions were 45$ and they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Another customer was waiting and so I asked her if I was wrong but she agreed with me. The other customer said, "okay I don't think you guys know what you're doing, I'm going to find another place." so she left and I wasn't going to pay more than I agreed to especially for 60$ I can find a better place. The guy apologized and said he was new and didn't know the prices. He only managed to file one nail so I left without paying.

I've never written a Google review before but I've never been to a more horrid nail place in my life. Honestly my fault for even going against my instinct and paying for this service. There is only one lady who works there - SHE DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAIL EXTENSIONS. When I said I wanted extensions, she insisted I stick with my own nails which was a red flag. But after that everything went down hill. 1. She doesn't choose extensions that fit your nails. She finds the closest ones and sticks them on. 2. She put the gel on FIRST before shaping which makes no sense. 3. She can't shape for her life. Also during this whole nail process, she didn't use a drill once. I spoke up a few times about the shape bc she wasn't doing it how I showed her and SHE GAVE ME THE FILE AND ASKED ME TO DO IT MYSELF. I literally had to get it re-done by another place the next day. Asked for a refund the next day and as expected, she didn't give me one which was reasonable. HOWEVER, please do not trust this place. I respect people and their businesses so much but you can't claim to run something you have very poor experience in. She didn't even know where the tools were and spent an unnecessary amount of time doing my set. I shouldn't have paid but I truly felt bad thinking about not paying them so I did. I regret it but it's over now. Just a warning for anyone else. If there was a 0 star, I would have put that instead. Please look to pics for reference. :)
