I have been coming here since I moved to Toronto in 2014. You begin to notice the regulars - which is a sign of service and satisfaction when the regulars keep coming back. The staff are very professional and they take the time to get to know their clients and they chat with you as you get your manicure / pedicure. The salon has always been very clean- post Covid, the Management has added some additional safety precautions to keep everyone safe. Staff and clients are required to wear masks, plexi glass partitions have been installed, only every other work station is used and the staff thoroughly cleans and disinfects after each client. The environment is very inclusive to everyone. I have fond that the staff are very LGBTGS friendly. Overall, great pricing, you are almost always seen immediately (with or without an appointment) and the staff are very particular about the quality of service they perform for clients.
