i Have only ever had good experiences here. The owner actually brilliantly fixed my nails after I paid almost $100 at a more expensive salon and they fell off. People, don't realize like all things, a lot depends on your body chemistry at the time. If you've been using a lot of oils on your hands or skin, the nails won't stay on as long. Also if you put them in water after so it's best to wear gloves if you want nails to last. I read a comment here aboutwoman going in before her son- did you know that hair dye also doesn't take when your pregnant? So it's not his fault. I have not been cut and it's funny how Canadians expect everyone to talk, speak and act like them. Cultural differences are rarely taken into account, but I have been there and have heard many people be very rude to the workers because their English isn't perfect. They are not your slaves. And if you don't like something, speak up and tell them. They will fix it. Shame on people being unhappy and not expressing it. So what do you do at work when you aren't happy? Keep it in and then quit?
