I went to H2 Nails & Spa for the first time and was very disappointed. When I came in, I saw that the price for a bio gel refill was $40, which is reasonable compared to other nail salons I've been to. Very poor job. The over all shape is nice, but the application of the bio gel was messy and uneven. My nails look bumpy. Additionally, when I went to pay they told me the price was $67. I was shocked. They told me it was $40 for the bio gel refill, $20 for the shellac nail colour on top, and then $7 for the nail they fixed. They didn't fix any nails, none were broken. I was also very upset, as they did not make clear that the nail colour would be $20 more. I simply asked for a bio gel refill, which comes with a nail polish included everything else I've ever been, but my biggest issue was I feel they were deceitful to get me to pay more. At no point was I told there would be any additional free for nail polish. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been here few times the prices and ladies there are nice but when i went to get a wax, the lady was super aggressive and missed spots (from wax) she also dropped my phone when it was laying next to me (out of her way) and didn’t pick it up until i said something..

The staff were all friendly and took extra care when handling my nails. Their tools were autoclaved and sterile for each customer. I got shellac done and am happy with the results! My partner also got a pedicure and said it was very relaxing. Note that they only take cash or e-transfer at this moment. Would recommend!

I went for a pedicure last week and the girl cut my foot. I didn't think it was too serious when I left, but I ended up getting an infection that was extremely painful and I wasn't able to walk properly for a week. I called the salon and spoke with the manager (Amy) about what happened and she said why did I wait so long to call. Excuse me if I was in so much pain that I wasn't thinking of calling them, but rather concerned with dealing with my infection. She asked what I put on it for the infection, when I told her I used polysporin she replied well that doesn't seem so serious. How does one prove that they were in excruciating pain 🙄. The cut on my foot looked discussing. This photo doesn't do it justice. So dissapointed with the conversation I had with the manager. If you still visit this salon just be very careful.
