I called and asked for dip powder nails. I chose the colour. And then I noticed they don’t use it properly. They use it like powder acrylic with the brush. So when the glitter completely came off she just said oh it doesn’t work I’ll do shellac on those nails. Well I didn’t want shellac. And then since she did a bad job on the other nails, she added a bio gel coating of the same colour to try and fix it. Also, I asked for my natural nails because they had some length on them. Well she files them about 14 times now I have short nails. I didn’t complain and $50 down the drain. Not about to tell people they don’t know how to use their own products. The nails are fine but not at all what I wanted and I’m unemployed and that was a big gift I was giving myself.

Kim is absolutely a PRO NAIL TECH. I’ve had my experiences with all kinds of aestheticians, but Kim understands nails with a level of experience you don’t always find. Would recommend this salon 10000% but especially Kim!
