Today i got my nails done. 1 Chinese lady she told me i cant sit there to dry my nails and was telling me to charge to sit there. Seriously?? I had my manicure and pedicure done and can’t sit there and my pedicure was not even worth the money. They dont know customer service skills. Specially Chinese lady with short hair treating customers so badly. Dont go there

I bring my mom here regularly to get pampered Jenny is so good with the seniors I’ve watched them closely when cleaning and I honestly can say they clean after every customer. I am a very picky person and ive been to a few places , Diamondnails is where my mom is the most happiest so I will always go back Highly recommend but the weekend is always busy

PLEASE DONT GO HERE...!!!! I would have given them a 0 star or - 100 stars. It is very very overpriced store. I went for a fill which would cost me a max of 40 dollars even in best nail salons. This lady told me it was $45. Why would anyone do that..?? Well i left the store seeing the nails that she was already working on- it looked poor quality and all nails had different shape. Well i got my nails refilled for 30 dollars from awsome nails and spa. And it looks great.

The worst nail salon I have ever been to. All are busy talking to each other. They did all nails with different shapes and then don’t even accept that and pretend as if the customer is the one who is at fault. They dont even care if they lose customers. They change their price everyday for the services. Most importantly, during this COVID phase they are not even replacing the towels. The lady working there asked me to keep my hand on the towels on which she was doing someone’s else’s nails and that customer literally left infront of me. To this they dont have any answer and are very ignorant about it. Nobody should go to this store, specially during this pandemic.
