I've been going here for years and love my nails each time. My sisters, my daughter, friends and friends all come here.

I went home and cried, i got scammed too i paid way more than i should have. Acrylics and just a simple pedi for 85 bucks? It took me hours to get it off at home and I'm not allowed getting my nails done again (photo vs mine) istg i showed them to 7 people and everybody gagged

Nails were good but customer service was bad very rude

I feel bad giving it a 2 star rating but I've never felt this uncomfortable going to a nail salon. I'm used to going to places where the person doing your nails has random conversations with you or makes you feel at ease. I don't go to nail salon often but every time I have gone I've been treated a certain way. For 40-45 dollars I always get a slight leg massage as part of the pedicure and also proper cleaning with nice moisturizer applied after. Same with my manicure --- i always get nice oils/moisturizer applied as part of the manicure. None of that happened here. It was very rough and quick and seemed forced. I understand its the pandemic and small businesses are suffering - that's honestly one of the main reasons I walked into this place. But I felt really unwelcome and it was just very dead in there. No conversation, no smiling. I just sat there waiting to get out. Please have better customer service --- that matters as much as the service itself. I like my nails --- they're cute but I will never return to this place.

I really enjoyed my first time there. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. I look forward to my next visit. 😊
