Before COVID, I liked them. Now that "appointments" (signing in and awaiting a call back), I don't recommend them AT ALL. They do not answer their phone so you cannot make an appt without going there to sign in. The older woman clearly has favorites who must not have to adhere to the sign- in policy. She once said it would be "HOURS" before my daughter and I would get a call back when there was only one person ahead of us. She was rude to my daughter when I sent her back after several hours to see if at least she could be served. When I went back by myself a week or so later, early in the morning, I got the same line and no callback at all. When I first went there during COVID (earlier in 2021), the older woman was not present. I signed in, was told by the young, Asian woman that it would be a while, but was called back 5 minutes later. The young, black woman did my nails. No problem and she did a great job. That's the only reason I tried again after the older Asian woman was rude to my daughter on my second visit. But no more. Asian Nails has lost 2 customers who live just 5 minutes away.
