I got my nails done and they are beautiful! They all were so sweet to me. My nail technician was amazing, good listener and very talented. They worked so hard to do what I wanted from a picture I showed, and I love mine even more than the example picture! I got jewels/gems, sparkles and designs and they did it all so well. I've gotten SO many compliments! I have sensitivity in my hands and they were so accommodating to me. Very kind. All staff was friendly and kind. Very professional! The prices are good, very fair for what they do. I suggest tipping well because the prices and quality is amazing. I can't say enough good things about them. Amazing staff here!

I’ve been a frequent customer since August 2021 and have been thoroughly impressed by every technician who has done my services. The technician I had recently, Lily, made an impact as she was so kind, thorough, professional and helpful! I highly highly recommended this salon if you are new to the area/want a much better experience than you’re currently receiving for very competitive prices.

Urban Nails is the best nail salon I have ever visited. The cleanliness and the talented, friendly staff are exceptional. I used to go to a chiropodist before I go to a nail salon due to extremely difficult toenails and feet. I no longer need a chiropodist, since my favourite person, Adam, is able to do everything. I don't even recognize my own nails anymore, they now feel great and are beautiful!! I will recommend this place to anyone I meet! Hanne Wolf

They did a good job and I like how my nails came out but because I decide to switch what I wanted due to the price. The person doing my nails was talking down about me with another employer right in front of my face in their language. He did not hide it and had no way he even pointed to my nails to show why I ended up changing my mind. And they shared a few laughs and kept looking at me and continued talking about it. My bad I didn’t want to pay $120 for nails so I changed so it would be somewhat more reasonable which it still wasn’t. He made me feel bad about myself and I never want to go back

Love this place so friendly, the techs are all skilled to do designs. They work fast but the quality doesn't suffer. I drive 25mins from Scarborough, well worth it.
