have been a customer for many years and always loved it. however recently they have been understaffed. there are too many customer and not enough staff. today i had an appointment at 3:15 and my nails weren’t started until 3:55. but erica did an AMAZING job and very quickly too. she made this a good nail appointment but whoever is in charge of booking should re-evaluate how they book clients

This has been my go to nail place for years. Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate the staff and particularly mention Yuemi. So grateful for her talent and professionalism. Highly recommend star nails Kingston road

booked appointments and the employees were late. They opened at 9:30 and showed up at 9:45. They also filed my nails down so far, making them very thin before applying gel

The place is clean and lots of nail colour options but honestly it’s the only place that has ever cut my cuticle (and not even apologized) and the pedicures for kids were terribly short and expensive. Will not be back. :(
