This is a fantastic place to get your nails done. I absolutely love their work. Best customer service in town! Highly recommend!

Just left Queen nails for what I thought was a standard pedicure and full set. 3.5 hours later I’m finally out. They had a new girl doing my nails who piled on the gel so thick it took an hour for another girl to fix it and file it down. I let her know I was going to an event and my time was still wasted with a novice who obviously had no idea how to do what I’d asked for even after showing a picture and me asking if she was sure of what she was doing 3 TIMES. The only saving grace was Eva who stepped in to fix it but even with that I was told I would get what I asked for “next time”. Needless to say there will be no next time. Tip to Management: BEFORE YOU HAVE A NEWBIE PRACTISING ON PAYING CUSTOMERS MAYBE MAKE SURE THEIR SKILLS ARE UP TO PAR SO THEY DONT WASTE YOUR CUSTOMERS’ TIME. I don’t even blame the poor girl, she was told to do something she is not prepared or knowledgeable enough to do and the blame rests with poor management.

Amazing service Friendly and knowledgeable Definitely my new nail salon

I have been attending this salon for over 4 years and have watched it steadily decline. Today my daughter went in, she got shellac with some gems, which fell off within 2 hours. Then while my nails were being done i repeatedly asked her to stop filing the bottom sides in so much. each time i was told 'im not done yet, let me finish. when they were finished, much as i saw happening they were way too slim for my liking. instead of apologising and or offering to fix them I was told they were fine and would be $85. If they were thy shape i asked for it would ave been a totally appropriate I have payed this amount countless times with out batting an eye, because Lason was kind and attentive and not only got to know his clients preferences but would listen if you didn't like something and never send you out unhappy. I was accused of lying about having asked her to stop making them so slim, then accused of just wanting a charitable hand outs amongst other extremely disrespectful behaviour, in front of my daughter and after the thousands of dollars and countless people I have referred there, I find myself leaving my first google review EVER to let y'all know that they are not the hot spot they once were and I have never been so completely gaslight and taken advantage of by a personal service worker in my life. Yuck.

The staff here are great & I love how my nails look. I’m not much of a mani-pedi person usually but it’s so close and such a good experience here, I’ve been getting them more often lately. They’re very diligent with Covid precautions too, everything is safe & sanitary. ♥️
