Had lash extensions done here and there was a small miscommunication about the style I wanted (the lashes themselves were GORGEOUS, just too glam for my personal taste). The amazing team here heard my concerns and immediately corrected at no extra cost to me. Fantastic experience. 10/10 would recommend! My new fav place in Forest Hill!

Not worth your money. The luxury 5 step pedicure is what you would have gotten as a basic pedicure at another salon. The "volcanic crystals" were pink bath salts. The collagen mask was regular cream that was in a refillable bottle. No explanation of anything they were doing.the atmosphere was not professional AT ALL. Speaking in a foreign language is very disrespectful. They ran out of the disposable slippers so I had to get my mani done whilst at the pedi station on my own lap with no towel until i said something. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I would have rated it 1 star but the esthetic design of the salon is very pretty. Its what sold me to try this place. I was vey disappointed with the service and how expensive it all was for the service recieved. I would not recommend it. I will not be going back.
