Very friendly service and great manicures! You can tell the staff enjoy being a part of the neighbourhood. They greet many of the clients by name.

Amazing people who do a great job and keep the salon very clean. Been going here for years for nails and waxing, never disappoints!

I booked an appointment earlier this month for a pedicure with Ivy for this upcoming Thursday (September 24, 2020). I decided to drop in this past Sunday (September 20, 2020) to ensure that I had easy access with my wheelchair. The minute I entered I was verbally shouted at about an appointment. I calmed them down saying that I was not expecting a last minute appointment but only here to check out accessibility. The staff stared at me and said that they could not assist me because I had to remain seated in my wheelchair and they would not sit on the floor. When I showed them that my wheelchair elevates so that they could use a stool, they reluctantly agreed that this would be ok. However, one of the staff shrieked that no, no, no, we cannot do this because a plexi-glass must be between. This is unbelievable given that each of us would be wearing masks and my face would be up while the pedicurist would be down. As well, I have previously gone to three separate nail salons where I was treated with dignity, manners and respect...I was more than welcomed and had my simple pedicure (nails, clipped, filed only) with no problem. The reason why I selected Cuticles is that friends suggested that I support a business in my community. But...alas, that is not to be...they obviously do not care for business, they do not care about people and they make no efforts to accomodate or make change. I just came back from having my nails done from a place and a woman who again treated me with such warmth and caring (excellent/professional) YOUR LOSS...I will NEVER ever recommend a place as yours with cold hearted, selfish workers.
