I have never been more appalled to pay these exorbitant prices for a bio gel fill. $70 for a service that’s below quality of any $50 fill and somehow still takes twice as long. I had to remind my nail tech he missed a step, my nails are not straight at all, the polish is uneven and streaky, made even more obvious by the matte top coat, and even the simplest of designs were beyond their skill level. Worst nail experience ever, and I’ve been getting my nails done for over a decade. How they have three locations if this is the type quality service they offer is beyond me.

I called ahead to see if they do walk ins, they just asked if I could come by later in the day. (which is why it's good to call ahead!) And was able to get my partner and I same day pedicures. All the staff were friendly and professional. Will definitely come back soon for a manicure!

My wife loves this places. She had surgery on her left hand and Tina was so gentle with her hand. My wife will only use Tina when she goes. There tools are individually sealed in a sterilization oven. Very impressed. She prebooks her appointments so that she always has Tina and is ALWAYS excited to go and very happy with the results. They also give a 5 minute shoulder massage after every service.

Tina at Pinky Nails was amazing. I always appreciate the long foot massage and back massage is a nice extra touch. You can always expect above and beyond service when you visit Pinky Nails. Looking forward to coming back again.
