I don't drink much so my empties take along time to accumulate, joined my hubby today to do a drop off, it has been a long time since I did that, needless to say things have changed with their process. We went in with multiple cases of beer and a box of assorted clear and dark bottles. It was busy so I told my husband to wait in car. I was not aware I had to sort my bottles I assumed that was their job. I did not expect the RUDE lady behind the counter. I had not counted my bottles ,simply quickly put them in the basket she rudly pointed to and than looked me iand asked if I had done that on purpose so she had to count the bottles. HONESTLY LADY, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH MORE COURTESY. YOUR DAY HAD JUST STARTED NO NEED FOR SUCH RUDENESS.
