A lovely country retreat...beautiful surroundings. Ambiance is what a spa should be, relaxing, warm, lovely and very up to date and clean. Staff is professional and welcoming. The treatments that I've had have been excellent. A real treat.

My daughter and I indulged in a facial today and we were so impressed with the quality of the services and staff. Very welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful grounds, looking forward to the full Inn opening. We will be back soon! Thank you to Simy, (hope I spelled your name correctly) and Carling.

I purchased a package for laser removal of sun damage on my face back in the fall. I was able to use 1 session but then COVID lockdowns came into play. I've called four times now asking for a refund of the sessions remaining in my package because I haven't been able to use it for 6 months now...and through no fault of my own. The lady who answers the phone keeps saying nothing can be done because the spa is closed. This is terrible customer service. I'd like to speak with the manager or owner.

Me and the wife had a couple massage at this spa. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Massage service was good. But they are way over priced for the service they offer. My insurance did not cover the whole amount of the service charge. Also they could not produce official massage therapy receipt for my wife as they only had one registered massage therapist. Hence my wife massage not covered under insurance.
