My kitchen cabinets are designed by Essence cabinet. Since last year that we moved to our newly build house by Bedrock we are so satisfied with the quality of our cabinets.

Jay and all the staff are a joy to deal with, very detail orientated and professional. Great craftsmanship! They go beyond expectations.

Brian has built me two kitchens and lockers and walkin closets and they were stunning! He does excellent work and and I recommend him for any custom designed work you need done

One of the worst and most disrespectful companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After giving them well over $10,000 for cabinets that are misaligned, scratched and incomplete, A-One seems to have completely abandoned this job with no explanation. The people you want to talk to are NEVER there to take your call or call you back, they outright lie by telling you they'll be at your house on a certain date yet won't show up without even a call or follow-up of any kind. I'm disgusted at the company and the amount of money they gladly took for an incomplete job. ANYONE who seeks custom cabinets should look elsewhere. I have nothing but disdain for them and giving them one star is still too much; utter and complete disrespect for the amount they were paid. Heed the one star reviews, they will save you time, money and stress.

Horrible service , we're still waiting for our kitchen to be completed, it's been 11 months and we're still waiting for our light valance trim!! There was consisitant mistakes, wrong material, ordered, bad cuts which results in waiting weeks for a replacement . Ken who was our salesman , had promised us when we signed with him, said that he would support us and follow thru with progress of our kitchen till was completed and we were satisfied. As soon as there we're issues he was no where's to be seen or heard of . We did go above him to management and he was apologetic and did result is some work getting completed , we sent out another email asking where our valance was , and we still have yet to receive a response !,

Great guys, and they do great work. I had a really odd project that they were willing to work on and were very helpful. These guys can think outside the box. Price was great, especially for the level of service. Totally recommend them over the bog box kitchen companies any day.

Recently I took some friends to a showhome Gerry at Iconic had built. We wanted to view the whole thing, but specifically the cabinetry in kitchen and closets etc. All I can say is my friends walked in - moved throughout the property and kept on saying "oh wow"...they were impressed off their feet. I further went to visit the plant to get the whole story and found out they make very unique items. For example, Gerry had made this incredible garage Harley set of cabinets that were one of a kind. Gerry and Iconic's attention to detail, creativity and quality are simply first class.

Wonderful Selection

I moved into a house that this company built the kitchen for. They built it about 5 years ago. There were a few things such as drawers needing balancing and some backsplash repairs to be done. I contacted them twice and each time they gave me a time and date to come out and fix these issues. Probably take an hour to fix. Both times they never showed up. I called them the first time after they missed the timing (Brett) he was combative about not showing up even though I took a day off work. Second time I got VM and he never called me back. That was over 2months ago. To me customer service is paramount and this company has none. I want a company that will stand behind there work especially when you spend a large amount of money. Kitchens are used all the time and periodically they need maintenance. I guess this guy doesn’t see it that way as he made his money and now can’t be bothered to stand behind his work. I wouldn’t recommend him for this fact.

Ordered cabinets & granite counter tops. All installed within 4 weeks including back splash.Extremely happy with all materials & workmanship.Great pricing. All deadlines met. Showed up on time every day & cleaned up.Very Professional. Would highly recommend.

We contact Calgary Custom Cabinetry about updating our kitchen. We had a good idea of what we wanted but my wife and I did have a few differences. We were able to discuss our ideas with them and come up with a design that worked for everyone. Having someone help with the design, without paying the cost of a designer, was a bonus for us. We felt they truly wanted to give us a product that suited our taste. We are very satisfied with our update and the service provided by Calgary Custom Cabinetry.
