Let this be known that the 5 stars are for the employees Patrick and Nicole. First, Patrick is one of the best sales persons I have ever come across in my 45 years of retail shopping. He knows how to engage with customers and would not let me leave the store without feeling satisfied. That is top- notch customer service and he will go places in his career because he has what you call a positive and engaging attitude towards customer service. Next up Nicole, a very lovely employee, beautiful smile and funny and makes the store look inviting to come into and unlike other retail stores, she seems to be able to understand the concept of space and that retail also has customers with disabilities who need it to get around. Sadly, the girl at cash with the dirty blond almost yellow looking hair needs to take a crash course in customer relations because she has no concept of how to interact with and engage with customers. She had such a scowl on her face the whole time I was at cash and asked me to slide my card and failed to remove the guard on it and then wondered why my card was not working. She seemed to say with her body language the whole time I was at cash: Do not bother me, I work in this store but I am more like a show room dummy and not a real employee. I am not sure how she made it past her interview with her lack of social skills. Other than that, great service from the others including a few floor staff. Note to owner/manager, I will return but if that Sister Yellow Hair Nightmare is there, I will be walking back out.

Outstanding place to visit if you're a hockey fan or just want to learn more about the sport and it's history. Great place to take kids to learn and there are games for them. Once you've paid you can go in and out with your hand stamped so you can go out for lunch then back in. Highly recommended.

Neat store with lots of merch. A bit crowded and the prices are high.

Very conveniently located at the Air Canada Centre for those in the business of sports. Company President understands the business of sports very well, having been in it for 30+ years.

Not maintained in the summer. Would be appreciated if all the trash, broken glass, etc would occasionally be removed by the park.
