You can only schedule nail appointments online and I accidentally scheduled my nail appointment on the wrong date, so unintentionally missed that appointment. I received a text notification that I was charged in full for the missed appointment (just a couple hours earlier). I called to explain my mistake and they would not allow me to come in at a later time or give any sort of discount to reschedule an appointment. Nails are expensive, so it's a lot to spend for a mistaken appointment! Unfortunately they didn't have understanding and now have lost me as a customer.
