Had a disappointing experience with UCC Dental. Short story is that they did some minor work for my daughter. The work cost just over $200, which was paid in full at that time. The work they did failed after 8 days. My daughter returned to UCC Dental and they redid the work, this time more substantially (ie. using glue on *every* tooth to reattach a wire), at no cost. This time the work failed after 2 days. Within 2 days, all of the glue on every tooth completely came off. My daughter elected to not return to UCC Dental for a 3rd repair and unfortunately UCC Dental has declined the request to refund the cost of the twice-failed work. Instead, they've offered to replace it a third time. However, given the evidence and the poor experience, this is not an option she will proceed with.
