This company is very unorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and the staff is rude. They raised my rates when they told me they won’t. They owe me money as well but I have given up on that. I only had auto insurance through them and it was very stressful for me to deal with this company and it’s staff (Josie). I couldn’t imagine what a nightmare it would have been for me if I had other types of insurance through them. I suggest you look elsewhere for insurance and save yourself the stress of dealing with these people.
