Don’t go here!!

This company is very unorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and the staff is rude. They raised my rates when they told me they won’t. They owe me money as well but I have given up on that. I only had auto insurance through them and it was very stressful for me to deal with this company and it’s staff (Josie). I couldn’t imagine what a nightmare it would have been for me if I had other types of insurance through them. I suggest you look elsewhere for insurance and save yourself the stress of dealing with these people.

I have been a client of Condotta Merrett & Company Insurance Brokers Inc for 4.5 years dealing directly with Josie. My neighbour referred me to her with nothing but praise for her services. I have referred my next-door neighbours to Josie, and she was able to get them a better price on their home and auto insurance. I have nothing but great things to say about the service I have received from Josie. She is very friendly, efficient, and prompt to reply back. You can tell that she is committed to her job and she enjoys making her clients feel important. Her dedication shows. I feel confident saying that my family's insurance needs are covered and that they are in good hands. Words are easy to write; the proof is in the service. Give Josie a call or email, and you will be a client for life just like me.

I have had my license for a couple years now and use Josie at Condotta Merrett since becoming a driver. I have always received top notch service and have had quick responses to all my calls, emails, requests for information on policies or copies of insurance papers which I tend to misplace often. Josie has always been respectful towards me and has gone out of her way to get me the best rates possible. Thank you for your hard work Josie! I am a very satisfied customer and will refer you to others looking for insurance.

Having dealt with Josie in the Kitchener office for many years I would have no issues referring all my family and friends to her. She is always willing to go above and beyond when needed even offering to stay past her normal hours just to accommodate my schedule. The office is also in a good location not too far from the highway and easily accessible.

This place is a disaster. I suggest you stay away. I was happy when I first started but when my original agent got sick it became a disorganized mess. I got transferred to an agent named Josie. I have never met someone more unprofessional and rude at a company in my life. I would state all the problems I had with her but it would be way too long. Just one for example. I switched cars and asked ahead of time how much it would be. She told me it would be the same. Then all of a sudden my insurance went up Almost 100 dollars With no explanation. I went in there to explain my case and thats when I realized she was the secretary as well. The secrataries are the agents cause they probably want to save money and not hire one. When I went in she was very rude and unprofessional. She just stared at me with no explanation. They also owe me money but I have given up With that battle. Just stay away from here and look Elsewhere. There are plenty of companies out that appreciate your business and are more organized and have actual educated agents. Not secretaries / agents posing as one to save money. I’m just warning you from my own personal experience. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I tried emailing head office but they have not replied which I was expecting from this company. Just an unorganized mess and disaster out there. Look elsewhere.
