Worst customer service ever
If I could give minus stars I would in a heartbeat. The absolute worst customer service ever. They never answer their phones and when they do you’re on hold for over an hour. So bad the it took over 12 days for a response and I had to go with another insurance company for subsidiary insurance. The manager Dean Shouldn’t be a manager for a lemonade stand much less a international company. They don’t follow protocols or rules at all, when you ask for a recording of a horrible call you had with them, they didn’t record it. Every time I’ve tried to communicate with them it’s like communicate with a brick wall, but the wall is more responsive. Even their head quarters doesn’t take complaints seriously.
