Worst customer service ever

If I could give minus stars I would in a heartbeat. The absolute worst customer service ever. They never answer their phones and when they do you’re on hold for over an hour. So bad the it took over 12 days for a response and I had to go with another insurance company for subsidiary insurance. The manager Dean Shouldn’t be a manager for a lemonade stand much less a international company. They don’t follow protocols or rules at all, when you ask for a recording of a horrible call you had with them, they didn’t record it. Every time I’ve tried to communicate with them it’s like communicate with a brick wall, but the wall is more responsive. Even their head quarters doesn’t take complaints seriously.

Personally found the service was not Great. The person at Reception was on phone ( personal) kept me waiting and attended after the phone was over. It would be better if she could have hold the phone for a second diverted me to correct person and continued her talk. Need more training or it's just a common sense. New blood do not care about customers service I guess!

First, I want to give a ZERO but the review not allow me to. Allstate is a Really BAD insurance company I ever have policy with. Have been with them for almost 5 years with no claim ever, but have one and only one Not my fault claim, only ask them to give me an equivalent vehicle, a Honda CRV. When I got a CRV from a decent car rental, Allstate refuse to give market rate to this car rental in order to FORCE me to get a garabage car from another car rental. The car I got from this rubbis car rental is dirty, smelly, old, the most important of all, its not the type of car I used to drive. This car rental even pressure me to buy insurance or waiver whatever when I have a full coverage insurance with Allstate. The experience I had with this car rental and Allstate is so bad that I definitely will change to another insurance company when my policy with Allstate expire in a few month. Fellowers, be alert and remember to stay away from Allstate when you need an auto insurance.

If I could of give a 0 I would have, beyond the worst customer service ever, first year with them my insurance went up, than try calling them , good luck with that. A guy rear ended me a little while back, when I took a good look at the paint job where ALLSTATE sent me, letâ€™s just say I would probably do a better job with a box of markers, terrible terrible job, when I tried to call them or email which was several times , 2 months later still no contact about who fixes it but they take my money every month. Needless to say Iâ€™m done with these people and in the process of legal action against them. So I cancel my policy and of course like any normal human being I want to know when I get my refund for what they owe me, guess what 7 phone calls later and no contact , tried emailing and totally ignored , so now stuck with a terrible paint job , very poor customer service and not knowing if I get a refund for what THEY owe me. Now I canâ€™t sell the car till work is properly done. My advice stay away , they all need a lesson in customer care!!!!!!!!!!
