Gentek garden patio door and windows were ordered from Daro Vinyl. Installed May 2022. Daro Vinyl informed of hole at base of door. Multiple appointments to "fix" door - attach foam, still hole etc. A rude "Gentek" employee installed weatherstripping on back of screen door. Stated I was just being fussy about appearances. I contacted Gentek about the door and their employee. Found out not a Gentek door and not their employee. Daro Vinyl then states it is a Canada Windows and Doors product and their employee. Canada Windows and Doors does not answer. Door does not have any manufacturer on it. Daro Vinyl then orders Gentek door. I wanted to know name of the employee/qualifications/company coming in my home. Suddenly, there is no one to install. Roy Gareau lied numerous times and I am left with door with leak. Previous 30+ year old door was better than this junk. Invoice needs to state manufacturer and keep all emails. They make work through Home Depot etc. Go anywhere but here.
