Falcon collects the deposits from customers who seek Hajj and cancel their trips ( because of COVID or any reason they come up with) without refunding their deposits, they keep the promise to return, but they are not. Then they will use the terms and conditions you have agreed on to legally not return your deposit!! If Falcon owes you money, please email me at mony.ezat@aol.com to get together and submit a formal complaint against them in the Saudi Arabia embassy in Ottawa. My friend in Winnipeg was promised to go to Hajj 2022, and they confirmed she could go without muhrym. After she paid the deposit($3,000), they said she couldn't go and never return her deposit back!!
