My husband and I have just returned from a vacation in Punta Cana which we booked through the Belleville Flight Centre. Upon arrival at our hotel it was discovered that there was a mix up with our booking at one of the Excellence Resorts. Merryn Lush was contacted and immediately set into motion all arrangements to correct the situation. She had us transferred to the correct resort, had our room upgraded to a Honeymoon Suite, alerted the staff at the Excellence Resort who were extremely help as well. Merryn also made new arrangements for us to be picked up at our hotel and brought to the Airport on our departure date. We cannot thank Merryn enough for everything she did on our behalf. In addition, the staff at both Excellence Resorts were extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in staying at their wonderful Resort once again. I have already highly recommended this Resort to my family members.
