Merryn Lush

My husband and I have just returned from a vacation in Punta Cana which we booked through the Belleville Flight Centre. Upon arrival at our hotel it was discovered that there was a mix up with our booking at one of the Excellence Resorts. Merryn Lush was contacted and immediately set into motion all arrangements to correct the situation. She had us transferred to the correct resort, had our room upgraded to a Honeymoon Suite, alerted the staff at the Excellence Resort who were extremely help as well. Merryn also made new arrangements for us to be picked up at our hotel and brought to the Airport on our departure date. We cannot thank Merryn enough for everything she did on our behalf. In addition, the staff at both Excellence Resorts were extremely helpful and I would not hesitate in staying at their wonderful Resort once again. I have already highly recommended this Resort to my family members.

Booked a Christmas Cuban vacation through Kelly and she did an amazing job. She went above and beyond in making sure our needs and wants were taken care of. We gave her a budget that we wanted to stay within and what amenities we were looking for. She took the time to listen to our needs and answer all our questions. Looking forward to what I am certain will be a memorable family vacation.

Five star service was provided by a delightful, young lady named Ashley O'Rourke. We wanted to book our trip to Italy. She answered every question, and made suggestions along the way. Booking and seat selection was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you Ashley. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials. See you soon. Kent and Peg

Shared a successful experience recently with Ashley O’Rourke. She took time with us to find an affordable Cuba vacation for a family of seven. Her travel knowledge and professionalism is comforting to feel we have booked an amazing vacation. Many thanks Ashley for your patience and we would definitely come to you again should we be looking to book another vacation. Will report back to you when we return. MLL

Kelly was a great help when my daughter and I booked our trip. Even suggested a great resort that we didn’t see in the travel books. Thank you Kelly!

I had a wonderful experience booking my upcoming trip to Thailand with Meghan at Flight Centre. Meghan helped me choose the destination, narrowed down what I was looking for, and offered a selection of different packages, flights, and accommodations. She put a great deal of time, care, and effort into booking an individualized trip, which put my mind at ease as a first time solo traveler! Would highly recommend Meghan as a knowledgeable and considerate travel agent at Flight Centre, and will definitely book through her again :)
