I once had a question regarding a trip and stumble upon Monique S. and since then I refuse to book online! I have been booking directly with Monique since 2016 and have never been disappointed. She provides top rated customer service and is always patient in dealing with our complex group situations! She provides great feedback on the destinations and we have never been disappointed in her recommendations. I think Monique represents what customer service should be like everywhere! I will book with her again next year that is for sure!
