Wonderful Service

I used to book my trip on the Sell Off Vacations website all the time due to their great prices! I once had a question regarding a trip and stumble upon Monique S. and since then I refuse to book online! I have been booking directly with Monique since 2016 and have never been disappointed. She provides top rated customer service and is always patient in dealing with our complex group situations! She provides great feedback on the destinations and we have never been disappointed in her recommendations. I think Monique represents what customer service should be like everywhere! I will book with her again next year that is for sure!

Booking Simplified, no guessing!

I hadn't thought of using a travel agent service in years, was booking online but finding the right spot requires a lot of time,research and relying on some very subjective opinions for reviews, which lead me to the concept of reaching out to a travel agent. We dealt with Corrie by chance and are grateful for her excellent service! We appreciate how helpful and available she was, thank you Corrie for all the details too :-)

Recently for the first time I called Sell Off Vacations to enquiry about vacation, a cruise to Alaska, Felicia Kaleli at the Point Clair Office responded, it was my lucky day... Felicia was so calm, friendly and knowledgeable, she right away made me feel comfortable. She patiently listen and responded to my questions and concerns, we booked the cruise to Alaska and flight to Vancouver for four adults, everything went as planned, the trip was a memorable one for all of us, all thanks to Felicia's professional organization and attention, much Appreciated! I have no hesitation in recommending Sell Off Vacation, point Clair, But, in particular Felicia Kaleli, you will definitely hear from me in the future, Thank you!

Thank you Corrie Basmadjian at the Pointe Claire office for you understanding, hard work and support. She was instrumental in fixing up a booking I had poorly put together saving a family gathering of 7 in Cuba. My family went from despair to jubilation after working with Corrie. Her calm, professional approach to my problem was so appreciated and I look forward to booking with Sell Off Vacations in the future. Very much appreciated Corrie!!

H! We booked again with Julie Parent Hache.. she was so helpful and made booking with Selloff very stress free! I came back yesterday because I had trouble figuring out how to print my etickets and she helped me with that.. she is always very pleasant and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of travel! I have had nothing but great experiences with SelloffVacations. Primarily due to Monique Sylvestre (now in Pointe Claire), and the personal attention she gives to my travel plans. She has, when necessary more than once, stopped me from choosing an all inclusive package she felt I would not like and then, proposed another which inevitably was, yet another, vacation to remember. I have continued to book my holiday trips with her over the years and have yet to be disappointed. She also helped me book my wedding in Jamaica and it went without a hitch! I have had no hesitation in sending both friends and relatives her way. If you need a carefree, stress-free, memorable vacation ...call her!
