I signed a quote with Legacy for $498 and when the job was finished an additional $50 had been added . When I asked why the signed quote wasn't being honored the owner? Edith? claimed an extra expense for the " expertise and knowledge " needed to install an extra wire. The technician completed the job in the original estimated time so I couldn't understand why the extra $50. She was very condescending and felt a signed quote was irrelevant .Too bad .For this reason I will never recommend Legacy Doors to anyone and off course will not be using them in the future.
