On June 10, 2021 a technician came to look at our garage door that wasn't working. They came and spent about 15 minutes wiggling wires and said that it was the motherboard. They charged us $144.64 for the visit and the diagnosis (which was incorrect). Through further investigation that was NOT the problem. We spoke to another technician who said that anyone who knows anything about this system would know EXACTLY what it was (the garage door button, NOT the motherboard). The other technician (from a different company) fixed it for us quickly. We tried to get a refund from the garage door store in Barrie, who charged us $144.64 since they did absolutely nothing and gave us a fake "diagnosis". They have hung up on us, not answered our calls and argued with us. This company is unreliable, clearly has no knowledge (and should not have taken this job) and unethical.
