Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. They didn't do what I asked, they charged me with a huge amount of money different from the price list, they didn't apply the discount offer I booked with. In the end, when I contacted them to fix my roots at least or refund me the discount, they didn't accept. I have to live the next 6 months with this terrible hair and be traumatized and unhappy because of them. I don't have more money to go and fix it elsewhere. I do not recommend this place, they don't care if the customer is unhappy at the end. The hairdresser even didn't want to hear my complaint and was rude to me. I was frightened and emotional and I couldn't react at this moment. I paid because I didn't want to make theater and I believed that they will help me somehow. But even after long emails, they refused to fix what they have done.
