Tried to buy an item on their online site. I messaged a few questions I had and the replies were very brief and did not give me the details I wanted. Kept saying to check their online site as all the info. was there--it was not and not what I wanted to know. I was annoyed and checked online for other sites selling the same item. Found it cheaper and with reasonable postage. Most of their items are cheaper online from other sites. Lackluster staff and no customer service.
