Poor Service

Tried to buy an item on their online site. I messaged a few questions I had and the replies were very brief and did not give me the details I wanted. Kept saying to check their online site as all the info. was there--it was not and not what I wanted to know. I was annoyed and checked online for other sites selling the same item. Found it cheaper and with reasonable postage. Most of their items are cheaper online from other sites. Lackluster staff and no customer service.

I just left this store and felt almost a bit uncomfortable? I bought a cyote spray a while ago and returned to the store just to ask how long the spray lasts. The sales manager, his name was Francis and had a thick European accent, and he just kind of made me feel small when I asked him a simple question. He basically made the question sound stupid by saying the question doesn't mean anything and started lecturing me about what it is I could be doing to make the spray last long or short. And he went on and on until he read up the product information and said it lasts 14 seconds of consecutive spraying. That was all I wanted to know, but definitely felt kind of disappointed in his level of service since he is a 'sales manager'. Hopefully it's not because I'm a small female that he felt superior to me right away and started lecturing a paying customer.

Amazing shop. The selection was awesome for swords, knives, airsoft, and anything else weapon related. Only downside was expensive cost. But for downtown that's to be expected.

Interesting place. Randomly came across it and need up buying a pocket knife. When I asked about knives made in Canada was shown a small display that I was told were all made in Canada. Bought one. Only about 50$. Turned out to be made in China. Young woman seems to be very adept at lying to those willing to drop their guard.

Wish zero stars was an option. Customer service leaves much to be desired. It seems the owner and employees have forgotten there is this little online business called AMAZON that will be getting all my further business. I have many acquaintances that echo my feelings. Good luck, I see trouble in your future Dragon Impact.
