You get what you pay for

While their prices can't be beat, you pay for in customer service. After an initial consultation, I left feeling like I still had a lot of questions. I had been to another orthodontist for a consultation and not only did they paint a clear picture of the process, but they told me to call with any questions. I also went to another consulation (Orthotex was my 2nd) and had a similar experience. I did like the brace care talk from one of the assistants and felt it was thorough. Dr. Zane has Chuck call to answer questions but Chuck responded to my questions with "it's pretty straight forward". ( I'm not a dentist or an orthodontist but when did it become a crime to want more information? There's a buttload of paperwork you have to fill out. They cover their tail when it comes to payment and liability.
