Zero stars. I have a broken arm and needed some assistance getting my hair washed and straightened. I was treated so rudely from the minute I walked in the door. I was rushed, and my hair was destroyed. Marcy combed through my coarse hair with a thin comb, and pretty much broke every single strand of my hair. She gave me a migraine with how aggressively she ripped through my hair .there straightening iron looks like it is from 1920 and it is all brown, which also contributed to destroying my hair. When I called to complain, the owner, Cindy was extremely rude and hung up on me. Unless you are over the age of 65, they will treat you like you are a complete piece of trash, rush, you out, destroy your hair and then be rude to you on top of it. I am so sorry that I inconvenienced you by making an appointment, showing up on time and paying my bill. How rude of me.
