I have only bought a few vermeil pieces, and while they haven't tarnished, that's always a risk, no matter where you shop, since it’s just gold-plated. I love that you can reach out to them on IG to ask questions and they respond very quickly. I also love their website -- the photography is stellar and really gives you a great idea of what the pieces look like on real people. Honestly, this is a Canadian gem that not enough people are talking about! Their designs are also very on trend, and if you invest in their high-quality solid gold pieces, you can be assured they will last. They also offer afterpay, which makes it easier. I haven’t had any of the issues I’ve read about in other reviews; in fact, the one issue I had was resolved super quickly and the piece was replaced even though the warranty had expired. Highly recommend!
